The Total Immersion Weight Loss Class is a self-help book brought to life.

A: This is a three-week course that detoxifies you mentally and physically. The results are decreased weight, improved energy and health and a better quality of life.
A: Using techniques that he originally developed while serving as a Master Fitness Trainer in the Army, Dr. Solley has developed the "immersion" class over his 30 plus years of experience in the field of wellness. Over the next three (3) weeks you will learn how to "wash your brain" and rebuild your body in a way that you never imagined. The class includes seven (7) interactive lectures, weekly emails, unlimited entrance to our group exercise classes, one on one counseling and a whole lot more!
A: No Problem. The class is uniquely designed to allow for flexibility. The Saturday or Sunday classes contain the meat of the information and then on Thursday night this information is reviewed and re-enforced. If you miss one or more then you will remain on top of things and will remain immersed (don't get too comfortable though as more is better).
